Bill Martz, Chespeake Bay Artist of the Northern Neck

PAINTINGS PICTURED on the site have already been SOLD. In number, they tell the story of the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries: most specifically the Northern Neck of Virginia, bordered by the Potomac, the Rappahannock, and the Bay.

Bill captures what the camera can not.

There is no way photographs and websites can capture the vibrancy of original paintings. Nonetheless, this website will give you an overview of what his work is like.

Picasso expressed our thoughts when he said, “Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life.”

To see Bill and learn what he’s about, please watch the 2 minute video below.

We hope you will visit this site often and find it refreshing.
